The information related to the types of objects e.g. coins (110-116) in the two successive trains of objects, are recorded on detection of the respective trains of objects. A separating station (120) associated with the object type of the initial train of objects, is controlled by a controller (140), using the recorded information about the object type of the subsequent train of objects. An independent claim is also included for objects handling method.
