A system for bioidentification and traceability of livestock by means of analysis of biometric information of said livestock, comprising a module (10) to acquire said biometric information (I) and to create an identifying key (K) from characteristics of said acquired biometric information (I), said module (10) comprising a processing module (14) configured to create an identifying file (C) of said stock animal associated to said identifying key (K) and to store it by means of data management modules (15) associated to said processing module (14), characterised in that said system comprises a processing module (30) for the digital certification of said identifying file (C).
