PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with a noise filter which resolves a problems of discharged energy from the noise filter and the problem of a resonance frequency current caused by the noise filter and an earth capacitance.;SOLUTION: A noise filter 10 of an embodiment comprises an inductor 71, and a resistor 11 connected with the inductor in parallel. A current of the power frequencies flows through the inductor 71 but the resistor 11 without any dissipation of energy. On the other hand, a high frequency noise current being composed with a resonance frequency dissipates at the resistor 11 without flowing through the inductor 71. As a consequence, since no electric energy is saved within the noise filter 10, no problem exists due to the discharged energy from the filter. Furthermore, since a resonance frequency current caused by the noise filer 10 and a self-capacitance C dissipates at the resistor 11, no problem also exists due to the resonance frequence current.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
