Improvements introduced in electronic multi-tap equipment with compensating transformer for alternating voltage regulation by means of hard fast switching with limited voltage, mixed load and short-circuiting coil. The invention relates to fast alternating voltage stabilizers with multiple sockets and with a compensating transformer to reduce slow and fast disturbances in the electrical network. The attainable reduction in rapid increases with the switching frequency. To apply them safely at high powers and frequencies, the switching of the semiconductors in the tap changes must eliminate extreme stress, current and power solicitations. The existing technique does not adequately cover this aspect. Improvements are claimed by means of an auxiliary winding and a short-circuiting coil that allow, together with suitable switching procedures, to limit electrical stresses and quickly regulate the output voltage without introducing additional voltage drops, all in various configurations of the main circuit.
