Refinements in the object of the main patent nº 200102210 by: Auxiliary element for the segmental distalization of the maxillary posterior section of canine to molar in orthodontic treatments. The improvements allow the interconnection between the end of the mesial segment and the distal segment by means of a spherical kneecap, the mesial segment at one end presenting a spherical terminal for the kneecap and the distal segment presenting a conjugate housing for receiving said spherical terminal and disposing a transverse pin that crosses both the distal segment and the spherical end of the patella, for retention of both elements, allowing the functional stability of the patella.
