It is characterized by the fact that the reading device (2), the control means (3,4,5), and the interaction means (6,7) with the user are integrated in a housing (8), said means comprising control means a controller block of the reader device (3) that amplifies the analog signal, translates it into a digital signal and stores it for further processing, a process control unit (4) that processes the signals from the said controller block (3) and / or the interaction means (6.7) from a specific software, and a controller block of the digital inputs and outputs (5) of said process control unit (4). A great reduction of weight and volume is achieved, as well as easy transportability.
