摘要
The invention consists in the cultivation of the species of benthic green algae Chlororarcinopsis sp., Pseudopleurococcus sp., Palmellopsis gelatinosa and Macrochloris sp. and the benthic cyanobacteria Phormidium jenkelianumun and Phormidium molle, isolated from natural environments with high concentrations of Nitrogen and Phosphorus, immobilized in sheets of calcium alginate or k-carrageenan and their use as a method of wastewater purification, specifically for the removal of Nitrogen and Phosphorus of the medium through the intracellular accumulation of these elements by said immobilized algae. The method consists of the following steps: 1. The immobilization of an inoculum of each algae in sheets of calcium alginate or k-carrageenan, 2. The inclusion of the capsules in the wastewater, 3. Growth over a certain period of time immobilized species, 4. Withdrawal of alginate capsules containing algal biomass generated by the withdrawal of N and P.
