System for the reconstruction of the degree of natural torsion between the natural knee and the natural hip area in an arrangement between an artificial knee joint and the natural hip area after partial resection of the natural condyles of the joint of the knee and the placement of a femur piece of the artificial knee joint with a predetermined size on the resection surfaces of the femur comprising: - a nail template (30), with a support block (31) exactly in rectangular parallelepiped shape that has on its front surface, seen from the ventral side, an outstanding wing thereof, directed towards the femur, which at its end carries a contact probe with the femur in the form of a bolt perpendicular to the wing for the punctiform support (C) on the ventral side of the femur (10), and has on its front surface, seen from the dorsal side, of at least one flange butt (32), protruding downward, directed towards the femur for dorsal punctate contact (A, B) in both dorsal trophies (39, 39¿) of the femur, where pairs of holes penetrate through the support block (31) (33, 34), whose arrangement reflects the size of the corresponding femur piece, through which it is possible to place fixing nails that ensure the position of the support block (31) in the femur (10), and where the support block (31) can be removed leaving the fixing nails in place and - a saw template, with a base shape identical to that of the support block (31) of the nail template (30) and with an identical arrangement of the pairs of holes to that of the support block (31), which can be placed on the fixing nails, so that their front sides determine the remaining resection planes (ventral, dorsal, diagonal), which additionally has a wedge with an insert wedge angle between the lateral trochlea l (39¿) and the stop flange (32) to compensate for the torsion degree of the femur.
