The system has an electronic detection circuit provided with a near zone and a remote zone. The electronic detection circuit is connected with a control unit and an infrared receiver/transmitter unit that emits a reflection signal to the receiver zone. An amplifier converts the reflected signal into two tension signals. The tension signals are compared to voltage signals to determine a detection zone. A solenoid valve is connected to the electronic detection circuit for supplying water.
