Heterocyclic compounds, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, represented by the following formula (I): in which: A is an alkyl group selected from the methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, sec-butyl and tert-butyl groups ; an aryl group that may be substituted by a substituent selected from a halogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, a hydroxy group, an alkylthio group and an arylthio group; or a 5 or 6 membered heterocyclic group, or one of its condensed heterocyclic groups containing the same or different from one to three heteroatoms of sulfur, nitrogen or oxygen atoms, which may be substituted by a C1-C4 alkyl group or a halogen atom; B1 and B2 are a hydrogen atom; an alkyl group; or a hydroxyl group; or combined together to represent a carbonyl group; R7 and R8 are a hydrogen atom; a halogen atom; an alkyl group selected from the methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, sec-butyl and tert-butyl groups; an aryl group that is an unsubstituted phenyl group or a phenyl group that is substituted by a halogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group; or a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group containing the same or different from one to three heteroatoms of sulfur, nitrogen or oxygen atoms, which may be substituted by a lower C1-C4 alkyl group or a halogen atom.
