A scale to determine the weight of a pregnant woman comprising: a unit (11) weighing to determine the actual weight of the pregnant woman; a unit (12) for introducing height, which introduces the height of the pregnant woman; an input unit weight, which introduces the weight of the pregnant woman before conception; a unit (12) for entering the number of weeks that introduces many weeks have passed since conception; a memory unit (14) which stores data of antenatal weights based on the index of physical features; an arithmetic unit (10) which determines a most appropriate antenatal weight from the data entered by said units (12) for introducing height, weight and number of weeks and the data retrieved from said memory unit (14); and a display unit (2) which displays the result of calculating the most appropriate antenatal weight.
