The fabrication of emulsion-form explosive compositions has continuous dispensing of an aqueous solution of oxidising salts and a combustible organic liquid in the mixing cylinder (4). Also claimed is a process using the fabricator. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process delivers the final matrix emulsion via a top side hole in the cylinder, and the revolving spindle (7) of this has spaced toothed discs (15) in it. EMBODIMENT - The successive discs before the top hole (9) progressively homogenise the emulsion.
