The invention relates to an implant for deep sclerectomy for draining aqueous humor during a surgical treatment of glaucoma. The invention is characterized in that said implant it is made of crosslinked hyaluronic acid and has substantially the shape of a polyhedron with at lea five faces, and advantageously the shape of a polyhedron five or six faces. In a preferred embodiment, the implant has substantially the shape of a prism with a trapezoidal advantageously regularly based.
