The regulator has a rotor (C) provided with eight venturi tubes with different diameters. A rack is powered by a hydraulic piston and connected to a pinion. The pinion is connected to a shaft of the rotor. The rotor adjusts position of each venturi tube for regulating flow of liquid fertilizer through a hydraulic valve.
