The device has a panel (2) provided with an electronic section, an electrical section, a hydraulic section and a pneumatic section that are equipped in multiple rectangular shaped holes (3). The rectangular shaped holes are formed on a surface of the panel. A portal element module (4) is provided on the panel, and attached with a flat plate. The portal element module is equipped with two flanks, where the flanks are mounted on outer face of the plate. Fastening units are equipped in fastening holes and attached with a support base.
