A steam jet nozzle (33) is connected to the reservoir provided in a housing (30). A steam generator uses pair of carbon bars to produce steam. An inner and outer cover (40,50) are provided to the reservoir, such that inner cover supports the steam generator while the outer cover has an electric terminal coupled to the power supply terminal (23) of a handle (20) being connected to the cleaner. An independent claim is also included for a vacuum cleaner accessory.
