A modified bituminous binder polymers, high cohesion, comprising as base constituents a hard base composed of a bituminous base mixed with a hydrocarbon cut of high viscosity, and an aromatic soft base, wherein this binder is modified by a polymer type SBS, incorporated in a percentage between 3 and 6% by weight relative to the total weight of the base constituents, and it has a maximum cohesion, measured according to the French standard T 66-037, of between 1.8 and 2.6 J / cm2.
