The system has a temporary coin storage system (1) provided on a cylindrical body. An inner part of the storage system is connected to a base of a gear (2). Radial compartments are provided on inner side of a truncated cone surface body. Gates are provided on a top part of a laminar body (6). A drive motor is rotated on the storage system. Drive coils of levers are laterally positioned on the storage system. Holes are formed on the laminar body for passing coins into the storage system.
