Shoulder endoprosthesis (10) for fractures of the upper end of the humerus (11), comprising a humeral stem (15) which is suitable for accommodation in an intramedullary canal of the humerus (11) and is provided with multiple longitudinal ribs (18 ), and a humeral proximal part (16), which is suitable for coupling to one end of said stem (15), which is provided with a plurality of lateral fins (23) and has, at an upper end, a part (20) for engagement with a humeral head (17) which is suitable to reconstruct the head of the humerus (11) of the patient, wherein said plurality of side flaps comprises at opposite sides of said proximal portion (16) one plurality of distinct and discontinuous lateral fins (23) arranged along a longitudinally extending passages in the endoprosthesis (10).
