The container has a cylindrical body (13) provided with a base (2). An opposite end of the body is provided with a cover (3). A flexible stamped metal part is provided on a rigid circumferential frame (4). A top part (5) of the body is covered with a cap. The cap is formed with a hole (6). A stopper (7) is fixed in the hole. A bottom face of the cover is provided with a blade (8). The stopper is provided between a support (9) and the blade in a longitudinal direction, where distance of the stopper is greater than distance of an edge of the hole with respect to the cover.
