An admission controller (AC1, AC2), located in a domain (N1, N2) of a data network, such that said domain has a set of routing centers (R1, R2, ..., R5), characterized by having: a receiving means for receiving all requests for quality of service (m2) relating to said domain, so that each request for quality of service contains information on the entry point packet flow associated with the request quality of service in the domain, means for determining a point corresponding to said request for service quality of transmission of a request for quality of modified service (m3) to the admission controller associated with the domain corresponding output to output said exit point, inserting therein information relating to the entry point of said packet flow at said exit domain.
