Modification of nucleophilic proteins used in construction of e.g. enzymatic biosensors, by chemical reaction between nucleophilic groups free of protein residuals and halogenated derivatives, while controlling characteristics of proteins
Modification of nucleophilic proteins, comprises chemical reaction between nucleophilic groups free of protein residuals and halogenated derivatives, while controlling the characteristics of the proteins, such as net load and hydrophobicity, thus resulting in an isoelectric independent point of pH. In the case of oxidoreductase, this procedure permits the control of the constant transfer of electrons so much in the middle as directed.
