Retrieval of aluminum in polyethylene aluminum complexes involves introducing the complexes in a cylindrical rotary furnace arranged with an inclination and sufficient rotational velocity; introducing combustion air to the furnace; gasifying the polymer at the proximity of the combustion zone to give the aluminum laminate; and proceeding to combustion. Retrieval of aluminum in polyethylene aluminum complexes involves introducing the polyethylene aluminum complexes in a cylindrical rotary furnace arranged with an inclination and sufficient rotational velocity; introducing combustion air to the furnace; gasifying the polymer at the proximity of the combustion zone to give the aluminum laminate; and proceeding to combustion. The gaseous products of combustion are precipitated at the cylinder depth, where they are extracted by adequate media.
