A method of conducting a home inspection business may be characterized asincluding the steps of offering to a customer a first inspection servicelimited to visualinspection of tangible attributes of a building; offering to the same customera secondinspection service including at least visual inspection for physical sourcesof non-tangibleair-borne contaminants and toxins in the building; providing the firstinspection service; and,providing the second inspection service contemporaneously in the building withthe firstinspection service at a cost effective price value that otherwise would bebeyond the means ofan average purchaser.
