Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of cancer, particularlybreast cancer, are disclosed. Illustrative compositions comprise one or morebreast tumor polypeptides, immunogenic portions thereof, polynucleotides thatencode such polypeptides, antigen presenting cell that expresses suchpolypeptides, and T cells that are specific for cells expressing suchpolypeptides. The disclosed compositions are useful, for example, in thediagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of diseases, particularly breast cancer.
