The present invention relates to a cell differentiation regulating agentcontaining a gene regulating differentiation from stem cells into naturalkiller cells as an effective ingredient, more precisely, a celldifferentiation regulating agent containing a gene regulating differentiationfrom stem cells into premature natural killer cells as an effective ingredientand a screening method of the gene by taking advantage of SAGE. The gene ofthe present invention is a novel one that is confirmed not to be like anyother known genes regulating differentiation from stem cells into naturalkiller cells. Though, the gene can be easily screened by SAGE and a naturalkiller cell differentiation-regulating agent containing the gene as aneffective ingredient can be effectively used as an anticancer agent.
