Flocculant for treating cleaning wastewater and cleaning wastewater treatment equipment

Wastewater treatment equipment for cleaning wastewater of car washing and reusing as cleaning water for washing a car. The treatment equipment of cleaning wastewater containing oil and surfactant comprises a section performing coagulation sedimentation by adding a flocculant comprising a combination of an organic flocculant and an inorganic flocculant containing ionic ore to wastewater, a membrane separating section performing solid/liquid separation of the treating water at the coagulation sedimentation section with a constant transmembrane pressure difference in the range of 5-30 kPa, and a section for storing the treating water at the membrane separating section, wherein the treating water at the water storage section can be reused as cleaning water.
