PURPOSE: Provided is a paste phase permanent hair tint obtained by addition of treatment oil without moisture selected from oil and fat, mineral oil, vegetable oil and silicon oil to the powder type of oxidative hair tints containing oxidative dyes, oxidizing agents, thickeners, chelating agents, fragrances, surfactants, pH controllers, stabilizers, oiling agents and hair protecting agents. It has improved dying performance and treatment effect on hair. CONSTITUTION: The oxidation permanent hair tint contains: 0.01 to 30.0% by weight of oxidative tint; 1.0 to 50.0% by weight of an oxidizing agent; 1.0 to 50.0% by weight of a thickener; 0.1 to 70.0% by weight of additives selected from chelating agents, fragrances, surfactants, pH controllers, stabilizers, oiling agents and hair protecting agents; and 0.5 to 70.0% by weight of one to four mixtures selected from fat, mineral oil, vegetable oil and silicon oil. The hair tint is used by mixing with at least one selected from water, warm water, hair shampoo and hair conditioner.
