The invention relates to medicine and veterinary and can be used for different interventions in living organisms, in particular during the preparation of materials for implantation/transplantation. Said invention also relates to a compound for attenuate the reaction of recipient tissues to exogenic material and to a method for preparing an implant/transplant for contacting the tissues of a recipient organism by using the inventive compound. Said compound comprises sodium chloride, sodium hydrophosphate, potassium dihydrophosphate and blood serum albumin. The use of the compound makes it possible to reduce an implant/transplant rejection effect and to improve implant/transplant biocompatibility with respect to the tissues of the recipient organism.
