The invention relates to a set of boards and connecting parts for a wood frame house characterised in that it comprises at least the following elements combination: half-open manually handled boards each of which is formed of a wooden frame with at least one peripheral frame (1) and possibly with intermediate transversal or longitudinal beams, said frame being sealed by a plate (5) or a plurality of plates on one of the side faces thereof, corner parts for interior corners and corner parts for external corners for simultaneously connecting walls and ensuring the tightness of said corners and stabilising angle plates (10) integrateable into the thickness of the top ribbon strips of a ledger arrange on the top of walls.
