A method for preparing a bleach-fixing processing solution for a silver halide color photographic light sensitive material, the method comprising the step of:mixing a concentrated one-part bleach-fixing composition with a starter,    wherein the concentrated one-part bleach-fixing composition contains an iron salt having an Fe(II) content of 50 to 100 mol% based on the total mol of the iron sa and the starter contains an aminopolycarboxylic acid Fe(III) complex.
