METHOD OF EFFICIENTLY GROWING MODIFIED MORNING GLORY PLANT

It is intended to provide a method of efficiently tissue-culturing a modified morning glory plant by tissue culture, a method of sustaining and proliferating embryoids throughout the year, and a method of obtaining a large number of modified morning glory plants from embryoids. These objects can be achieved by tissue-culturing an immature embryo collected from an individual having a hetero mutation of modified morning glory, sustaining and proliferating the embryoid, selecting an embryoid that exclusively provides modified morning glory therefrom, and regenerating a plant from the embryoid.
