Accordingly, by appropriately adjusting the position of the axis (11) of the roll (R1) in accordance with variation in the outer diameter thereof resulting from film take-up or unwinding operation, the transit path of the film (2,3) transported on to the roll may remain fixed, regardless of the variation in the outer diameter of the roll.
