A vibration absorbing alloy member (1), which comprises a twinning vibration absorbing alloy comprising any of a Cu-Al-Mn alloy, a Mg-Zr alloy, an Mn-Cu alloy, an Mn-Cu-Ni-Fe alloy, a Cu-Al-Ni alloy, a Ti-Ni alloy, a Al-Zn alloy, a Cu-Zn -Al alloy, an Mg alloy, a Cu-Si alloy, an Fe-Mn-Si alloy, an Fe-Ni-Co-Ti alloy, an Fe-Ni-C alloy, an Fe-Cr-Ni-Mn-Si-Co alloy and a Ni-Al alloy, and has a shape of a thin film, a wire, or a spring for optimizing the deformation of the alloy; and a rubber vibration isolator, a floor vibration damping apparatus, a tire, a steel cord and a rubber sesmic isolatior using the vibration absorbing alloy member (1).
