Assembly (1) of an elongate skate frame (2) and a foot support (3) comprising at least a shoe sole, boot sole or a support part which is attachable against a shoe sole or boot sole, wherein the assembly is arranged to enable a first part (2.1) of the skate frame, situated near a first end (6.1), to be connected, at a first connecting position, with a first part (3.1) of the foot support, and to enable a second part of the skate frame (2.2), situated near a second end (6.2), to be connected, at a second connecting position, with a second part (3.2) of the foot support, the assembly being arranged such that in each instance of the connecting the skate frame with the foot support, a centerline (M) of the skate frame extends through a same predetermined point (7).
