A pin mirror cutter enabling an effective reduction in cutting resistance, having a cutter body with high strength, and manufacturable easily, wherein cutting edges are formed at crossing ridge parts between a pair of oppositely disposed long side faces (22) and (22) of a generally trapezoidal flat plate-shaped tip body (20) and the upper and lower surfaces (21) and (21) of the tip body (20). With the thickness direction of the tip body (20) generally aligned with the radial direction of the cutter body (10), a tip is fitted to a first tip mounting seat (13) formed on the peripheral surface of the cutter body (10) so that a curved blade (25A) formed at the sharp corner part (24A) of the tip body (20) can be used for cutting. With the thickness direction of the tip body (20) generally aligned with the axial (O) direction of the cutter body (10), a tip is fitted to a second tip mounting seat (14) formed on the end face (12A: 12B) of the cutter body (10) so that a curved blade (25A) formed at the sharp corner part (24B) of the tip body (20) can be used for cutting
