The present invention relates to a method of operating a bulletin board on the Internet and a system thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and system which enables a bulletin board competing with a least one bulletin board selected as a bulletin board for a race, based on a predetermined criterion, wherein the bulletin board is operated so that a plurality of bulletin board users may publish one’s own professional knowledge on one subject. Furthermore, according to the present invention, there is an effect that it is possible not only to build profound knowledge data in more various fields by further fostering a store of knowledge for a knowledge search service using a form of a race between boards, but also to help bulletin board users to be more interested in building corresponding knowledge data.
