Ant poison bait container (10) has ant invasion entrance (19), and comprises container main body (11) whose inside and outside communicate with each other through the invasion entrance (19), poison bait (2) disposed in the container main body (11), and feed (20) having a portion extending from the vicinity of the invasion entrance (19) toward the poison bait (2) in order to guide ants (3) from outside of the container main body (11) to the poison bait (2). The feed (20) is impregnated with or retains an ant attractant composition for feed, which comprises ant attractant (22) and a detachment preventive agent for preventing the detachment of ant attractant (22) from the feed (20). As a result, the probability of positive guidance of ants (3) to the poison bait (2) accommodated in the container main body (11) and causing the ants (3) to eat the poison bait (2) is strikingly enhanced.
