Data driven constraint validation model for printer driver

Constraints for an input/output device can be stored in one or more files on a computer. When a user selects an option for an input/output device, the input/output device's driver can use a validation method to check the validity of the user's choice against the constraints for the input/output device. The validation method can obtain the input/output device's current constraints from one or more files stored on the computer.
