Also, the present invention is a two-dimensional quantitative imaging method for simultaneously acquiring two-dimensional quantitative images of a radioactive nuclide and said thymidine. Further, the present invention, based on the aforementioned two-dimensional quantitative imaging method, is a rapid screening method for new drug candidates; a rapid method for establishing an appropriate use of therapeutic drugs; a method for determining the optimum dose of high-energy particles; a method for determining the ratio of the moiety retaining chemical stability of a therapeutic drug; a method for determining the lethal effect of high-energy particles; a method for determining the efficacy of a drug exhibiting tissue-specific efficacy; and a method for establishing an applicable dose of 90Y.
