The invention relates to telecommunications which is carried out by means of radio-relay communications systems, space communications links, for remotely controlling moving devices under conditions of high-intensity natural and man-made noise and can be used for information exchange between different objects which are placed on the earth orbits within and outside a solar system. The inventive method consists in exciting a transmissible inphase and opposite-phase signal in opposite polarisation and in receiving the signal by subtracting the signal of one polarisation antenna from the signal of the opposite polarisation antenna. A difference signal is exposed to a time-scale conversion. The inventive device comprises the oppositely polarised in parallel-series connected antennas (in opposite phase). Said invention makes it possible to improve the noise immunity of the system, increase a reliable communications range and to simplify communication equipment by efficiently suppressing an interference at the antenna output.
