METHOD OF PROTECTING A CAR AGAINST IMPACT EFFECTS, PARTICULARLY SIDE IMPACTS

The method of protecting the car against blow effects particularly side blows is characterised by placing elastic air cushions (3, 5) made of plastics or/and rubber in the lower part of the vehicle, wherein every air cushion (3, 5) is in the shape of a unit having inside the gas release instantaneously operating, which is connected to the outer impact detectors through the central driver, wherein the gas releases in every elastic cushion (3, 5) are activated simultaneously, wherein every elastic air cushion (3, 5) has the housing placed on the outer lower part, wherein the housing has the upper cover (8) and lower cover (9) divided by rolling elements (10) which enable reciprocal and independent displacement, tangentially to the perimeter (11), of the cover connection, and next it enables the displacement of the upper cover and rolling elements (10) along the base (1), wherein every elastic cushion is fastened by using its upper part having strengthening anchoring elements, and elastic air cushions (3, 5) preferably four, are symmetrically placed in mounting units which are the front (6) or the rear (7) rocker arms in the rear axle or/ and in the stringer or/ and in the caving of the chassis or/ and near edges of the thresholds and/or the motor car body frame or/and the technological points of raising the vehicle.
