An ornamental flower with illuminating device for indoor and outdoor use includes an illuminating assembly (1) connected to a front end of an ornamental flower. The illuminating assembly (1) includes a light diffusing shell (11), a light-emitting unit (12) and a holding member (13). The light diffusing shell (11) is made of a light-transmissible material and defines an internal space for accommodating the light-emitting unit (12) therein, such that light beams emitted from the light-emitting unit (12)are evenly diffused toward the ornamental flower surrounding the illuminating assembly, making the ornamental flower softly illuminated and looked vivid.
