The invention relates to medicine, in particular to pharmacology, more specifically to synthetic active pyrimidine derivatives. The inventive 2,4-dioxo-5-(2-hydroxy-3,5-dichloro-benzylidene)imino-1,3-pyrimidine salts of general formula (I), wherein X is selected from a Na, K, NH4 + group which exhibits a biological activity substantially are directed against different fungus, bacteria and viruses and usable for this purpose in veterinary science, cosmetology, building construction, the food, leather, wood-working and other industries.
