Payment-platform for network operators and terminals effecting electronic payment and corresponding methods

Payment platform for network operators and telecommunications terminals (A, B), for realization of electronic payment traffic. Service call number units (SN1-SNx) are assigned to service call numbers for dialing a payment transfer corresponding to a certain amount. A payment transfer capture unit (1) detects connections to service call numbers, while an account database (3) stores account levels for a multiplicity of subscriber numbers of a network operator. A bookkeeping unit (2) makes corresponding entries into the account database. An independent claim is made for a method for making payments over a mobile phone network.
