A lower mounting plate (1) indirectly supports a work piece (8), e.g. a denture. A tool holder (7) moves in relation to the lower mounting plate. A moving structure is designed so that the tool holder swivels compared to the work piece on four swiveling axes (B,C,E,F) and slides in the direction of a translational axis (D). An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a drilling jig for a tooth implant by using a work table.
