Grouping includes object and attribute in addition to routing iinformation. The main body corresponds to the certain types of content about order, attributes encapsulation data or content. The order can be with specific quality of service guarantee or seeervice level. Router (12) stored filter device, which meets, subscribes to content. When receiving grouping, router (12) check payload bay grouping include attribute, thus searching attribute and by they be applied to filter be used to subscribe to content from camera. If attribute meets filter, grouping is routed to next link. If attribute is unsatisfactory for the filter, which abandons the grouping. These routing decisions are distributed in router 1 (12) in network core (10). Router (12) is in local cache data network core (12).
