Detecting single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in human CYP2 genes (A) using any of 58 specified primers and/or probes (ON), is new. Independent claims are also included for: (1) test kit for the new method; and (2) ON, and partial sequences of plasmid DNA, also their variants with analogous properties.
