It may give whether individual occurs the good channels nature to difference the present invention relates to the prediction of individual patient vascular type method. Therefore, this may include obtaining and providing list of genes related with collateral development. In particular, a possibility that vascular type individual patient, can be used to predict whether given individual occurs the good channels response particular blood vessel to difference and generate treatment. From the array of gene, it is determined as differently being expressed in tissue that (wherein Development response changes in arterial occlusion, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) or other rear natural disposition, such as DNA methylation mode can be identified by experimental study. SNPs and DNA methylation mode use microchip or similar techniques, although measurement, most of genes are determined in collateral development. In addition, any combination of abnormal low or abnormal high differential expression can detect candidate in the tissue of such as peripheral blood cells. It to be that there are the changes of SNPs and/or DNA methylation mode and/or expression difference to be related to one or more genes for instruction to good channels that there are quality development differences.
