PURPOSE: A method of preparing nickel-aluminum ally powders for a fuel cell is provided to simplify the process for preparing an electrode with greater area in economic way, thereby being suitably applied to mass production system with improved workability, by using aluminum chloride under a temperature condition being lower than melting points of nickel and aluminum. CONSTITUTION: The method of preparing nickel-aluminum alloy powders for a fuel cell electrode comprises: adding Al powders to Ni powders and mixing them together; to the resulted powder mix, feeding a gas containing AlCl3, which has catalytic effects on the powder mix, at a temperature lower than each melting point of Ni and Al to obtain Ni-Al alloy powder, wherein the gas containing AlCl3 is helium, argon, hydrogen or nitrogen.
